I have this disorder that I just recently found out was a thing. I pick at my nails + the skin around my nails. I’ve been doing it for as long as I remember. Now, I’m trying to stop, and I know that it’s probably going to be one of the hardest things I’ll ever do. Wish me luck, I know that I’ll need it.
